This is where I found freedom: from fear, from suffering of my own making, from self limiting beliefs and judgement. I spent 6 months at the #TushitaMeditationCentre in #McLeodGanj, learning about the nature of my mind with Tibetan Buddhist practioners. At some point the nuns offered me a room under the stupa and it became such a powerful refuge, I feel I carry it within me everywhere. Much as I’d like to revisit, I have only recently understood the true teaching of those months of silence: everything we need is inside. Go inside.
