Liberation/Reunification Day in Vietnam marks the date when the Viet Cong troops captured #Saigon (now known as Ho Chi Minh City) on April 30, 1975. Aka the end of the Vietnam War.
This year the national holiday falls on Saturday and Sunday, so the country is still celebrating today and tomorrow. And myself and hubby are chuffed to experience it.

The @streetsintl in #HoiAn prepared one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in Vietnam. The White Rose Dumplings and Chicken Rice with instructions on how to eat it Vietnamese style will go down as one of my best memories of this trip.
So visit #STREETS for delicious food- and to see what is possible when you help kids achieve their potential regardless of background.
