Aishwarya Lekshmi Instagram - I have had hangovers from movies before,characters i loved have lingered on for a while..Scenes have kept replaying..But these movies have given me more than just that.. Each of the characters of the leading ladies portrayed in both, has an essence of the women i know for real..which makes it all the more scarier to watch. An UNimportant matter, Sexual assault on women, through looks,verbal and physical means takes the center stage again.More movies can be made, awareness can be brought about regarding the same.. But the situation never changes, i dont want to talk about the old excuses((its not what the girl,read ,teen gurl, woman, grandmother,and new born wore;the boys should be raised right etc etc. ))) again. Not making excuses for an UNimportant social issue here..Because we have said enough of all that. Its time the judiciary show us all Indian woman that we are worth it( that is if they believe so) ! Until then i totally believe,an UNresolved issue is UNimportant. Until then i will pray to God everyday that nobody rapes me, Until then , my parents will give me a phone call every night asking if i returned home safe.. Until then, our men will keep writing vulgar and insulting comments on every actresses photo they see...Until then some people would call a very social girl a prostitute, until then all rape cases will remain as an issue for a few days of media sensationalism and vote bank opportunity .. In short Until then Indian Women are unimportant.. quite rape"able" commodities! Until then, this is the story of every other woman you know.
