Qing Han Instagram – 💘💔 • Some practice. I used to love going to actual life drawing sessions, with conte and newsprint in hand and fighting for seats (where are my Sheridan folks at? Lol). I gotta practice more holding the pencil this way haha. This kind of pencil holding is really good for larger pieces since the movement originates from the wrist~ • I know there’s a weird stigma around nude art, especially on a mostly-none-artist site like Instagram, but…I dunno; I’ve always found the human form so beautiful. I hope those of you guys who dislike it can sort of feel what I feel when I draw the human form, watching this video 😊. For me it’s nothing sexual or even sensual, trying to find the right stroke along the blank paper and seeing where the form is…it’s just beautiful ✨✨. Well, when it turns out right hahaha 😆 • Life drawing photo reference used~ it was on one of those timed life drawing photo sites, where you can set a time and it’ll automatically switch photos after a set time.
