Tummy redemption time? Hell yes @flattummyco. Summer was fun, but I def let a few things slide and staying on track is top of the list – Excuses I know, but between kids, and working it’s hard to keep up with it all. Stress is also a big bloat causer for me, and being bloated stresses me out, so you can imagine the vicious cycle that becomes. I know I probs can’t do much about the stress, but I can do something about the bloat, so that’s just what I’m going to do. No more wishing for a flat tummy, it’ll be mine soon.
