I’ve been blessed with so many experiences and relationships in my life, but Famous in Love holds a special place in my heart. The lessons learned, the family fostered, and the memories I’ll take with me to the grave. I never thought someone could have so much fun in a career until I decided to pursue a dream. A dream trifled with rejection yet rich in fulfillment. They say empathy is one of the most honorable feelings and I’m honored that I get to live in other people’s shoes everyday. For two years I got the chance to live in Jake Salt’s converse, sometimes combat boots. A filmmaker whose ambition drove him a great distance. However, sometimes it handicapped his ability to see the things that matter most. For those paying attention, Jake offered a great insight into human behavior: a look inside the dichotomy of sacrifices and priorities. We as people make heedless choices everyday unaware of the consequences, both good and bad. The choices we make in life become our character.
