Started off the @revivalstrength program at around 204lbs. This was 12 weeks of training my ass off, because I wasn’t happy with what I looked at in the mirror every morning…and I think you can tell by the first picture I took when I began the training. I love beer, I love food that is terrible for me, and it took a lot to get my ass into gear. I’ve cut that weight down to 187.8lbs, and feeling physically/mentally stronger. Wanna make ANY kind of change? DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENCY. Anybody can do it, and you’ll live a happier life all around in the process. GET IT.

It’s a strange feeling, and a feeling I can’t seem to put into words. I started a new life in California two years ago, in deep pursuit of an idea that I became viciously obsessed with. I lead this intention and idea with love, determination, and complete truthfulness. Since the day I found it, the hunger has grown exponentially. Today, I’ve been given certain opportunities that merely gives me a taste of what’s to come. I’m in the place where I need to be, with the right strength and heart…this is my life, and I will give everything to it. Big or small, it all begins with an idea that you put into the material world. With how I’ve said before, if the love is genuine and true…the only thing holding you back is yourself. I used to be a lost kid in this world. Specifically speaking, lacking any sort of passion towards anything. The result, a deep fall within my thoughts that put me into a place of darkness while drifting silently through time…absolutely nothing was happening with my life. Sometime during my last year at college, don’t know what the hell happened, but ONE thing fortunately clicked into the right spot in my mind. A curtain was raised, the lights were lit, and everything was suddenly in clear sight. I found something to love…and have been chasing that love ever since. All these things are feasible…Many humans have already done them. You just need to have the audacity to put yourself on the line with an enduring soul in the face of adversity. Today I turned 26…and life is grand. It has only just begun. Spending this day on set in Vancouver doing what I love. Shoutout to my mom and pops for giving me life, for putting up with all the stupid shit I’ve done while growing older, supporting my dream, and radiating your love no matter what. I left a piece of myself in Death Valley, and took a piece of it with me in return. The Moon shining down as she lights my surroundings, cool ribbons of wind wrapping themselves around me, and the miles of land stretching as far as my eyes can see. This park left me plagued with curiosity…and I’ll remember that day forever.
