Years back when I was learning Yoga and had tried doing a headstand, I’d injured my neck. The injury was so severe tht I still hav to deal with it till now from time to time. This made me really scared or phobic of doing a headstand and I never tried it again though I really wanted to bcoz of its endless benefits.
Today, after all those years of being phobic, I managed to achieve this headstand without any back support, under the expert supervision and guidance of my darling teacher @anshukayoga !
