It’s our first day in Bali and we can’t be complaining about our stuffed bellies with all the amazing vegan food we just finished gobbling down. Although there seems to be a little less space for the sangria to go down but you know what, the night is still young. We have just arrived at potato head and have mutually decided to be beach potatoes this evening. Lie down, staring at the sunset, making space for some more sangria, listen to some great music and yeah put up this picture for y’all. We checked in a cozy hotel in Seminiyak and out next stop is ubud. A lot and a lot more from our Bali trip coming up soon… And yes we have a birthday girl here so… Happy happy to allππ

Never imagined this city would be sooo beautiful. Skopje is a small and a heavenly city. The hotel I stay in, everything is just under my room. Forget walking distance, it all just a step away:)
I drove to canyon matka, half an hour away from the city center. One of the must visits, with its beautiful mountains and lakes and magnificent caves; you have a lot on your platter.. And yesss of course the foooodd. This place has such cute cafes along side the lake offering sumptuous cuisines besides the heartwarming panoramic view and did I forget to mention the wine is cheap here;)

I won’t deny, it’s always very difficult for me to find vegan food while intensively travelling to different countries. Relatively, Europe is not so difficult as I find many restaurants and grocery stores around but still dedicating time to find good food is quite a task, especially when you’re reallyyy hungry and just wanna eat right now!! And…. I will also not deny that I love Bali for that matter as it’s filled with healthy restaurants and cafes all around and also most important for me, a lot of vegetarian and vegan food.!! So, this post I am dedicating to KYND community for their extraordinary initiative and brilliantly conceptualized Cafe. I for one had my months long cravings satisfied cuz can you believe it you get to have all the cheesecakes, waffles, ice reams sans milk and eggs.. Andddd to top it all aadar is happy too,, cuz they have cheeken;) and who am I kidding, he eats more healthy than me. So, this place was a winner for both of us.

Honestly, it has always been my dream to get a picture perfect moment at an infinity pool with a larger than life view. When you look at dozens of pics floating online with such exotic and mermaid like pictures all around, you can’t help but get lured to experience something this divine. Now.. This is what you expect and aim for but what you get is, believe me; even more spectacular. This pool was heated to the goldy locks temperature and once we got inside we never wanted to come out. Clicking pictures was something we eventually pushed ourselves to do but what we really enjoyed was to just stay in and stare away at the infinite view which stood before us. Watching the sun go down and the sky turning complete dark with little glimpse of lights flickering at some extreme end, actually gave a feeling as we are all alone in this nothingness and yet so close to nature and in touch with something so blissful. The warm mist rising up from the water, the sound of the water falling and splashing down from the parapet and the gush of wind adjusting speed from time to time and the occasional croaking of toads, is all those things which you will experience here. And also remember! Or you actually might remember the moment you captured too. That’s what pictures are for. Right?

What an euphoric feeling it is to wake up in a different city every other day.
Different culture and food and languages is just a few simple things you experience new every single day, but the smell of fresh air and the vibe and the energy in people is what sets my heart on. Exchanging a few smiles on the way, a short nod on the streets or a relatively longer talk at a bar, is what keeps my day alive. The streets of Skopje is filled with warm people who wouldnt shy away to extend a big glowing smile or an even bigger and happier compliment to you. There’s music in the air, quite literally every step you take and I am having the best time dancing in the rhythm of Macedonia π

Love at first sight with this city. It’s a small beautiful place, all things to explore is just walking distance and the walk is beauuuutiful… with lush green parks all around; a chilled vibe in the air and the most most most welcoming and warm people.
Best thing about traveling to different countires is that you both speak different languages, nodding explaining and asking and talking in different languages and yet having a thorough conversation..
