Well shit. This journey with this cast, crew, writers, directors, producers and creators was hands down one of the most epic adventures of my life. So much gratitude for the early mornings in the make up trailer, for the endless downtime and creatively satiating uptime, for the dinners with my beautiful cast, the conversations with everyone on set, the love, the community, the process. Thank you. Thank you all for watching us tell these stories. I will remember it always. Canada 🇨🇦❤️ adios GG2D

The other side of twenty
I travel alone because it scares the shit out of me as much as it reminds me that though I am large in my own life, I must humbly bow down to being smaller in the bigger picture of it all. To travel wakes me up, it shakes me to my core, it resets me , it ignites me and it brings me a great sense of peace. To those of you that understand these words, you are my unspoken tribe. We may be oceans apart but we are all connected by this great mass of water we get to swim through.
I think you gave me pneumonia Mexico but I still love thee

In the desert
I saw a creature, naked, bestial,
who, squatting upon the ground,
Held his heart in his hands,
And ate of it.
I said, “Is it good, friend?” “It is bitter — bitter,” he answered; “But I like it
Because it is bitter,
And because it is my heart.” Stephen Crane
My last dress up at Jessica on the @thegooddoctorabc. It was a damn good ride, thanks for those of you that supported her journey

For those of you that don’t know me personally I want to share a few things about myself. I love to walk. It gives me clarity and it calms a medley of fear, anxiety, passion, frustration, happiness, hopelessness and confusion. I also love to build schools. I have worked with @buildon for three years helping to build the walls and roofs of two schools. I am on my third that takes us to Malawi in November. I reach out to all of you today because our team needs all the help we can get. So, I am gonna walk for Malawi. I am gonna walk from my house to the ocean and I’m gonna jump right in. It’s a 16 mile journey and my goal is to raise $100 per mile. Sponsor me! If you’re in LA on Father’s Day WALK WITH ME. Link should be in my profile but let me know if there is a problem. Donate, tell me something personal about yourself, be a part of this journey. Thank you for always supporting me and thank you @buildon for doing the work you do.
I’d labor for you any ol’ day
MAMMOTH OR GO HOME
I travel to come home Isla De Holbox
I’ll never forget waking up to my phone ringing and my mother’s voice. I will never forget how the phone cut out and remained disconnected the rest of the day. I will never forget jumping into an occupied cab with a stunned passenger so we could sit in the chaos together. I will never forget the weeping as I stood in front of the hundreds of missing photos in union square. I will never forget the heartbreak of that city as the smell of loss blanketed the air. I will never forget the feeling of a country whose soul has been ripped open. I will never forget the pride, the overwhelming sense of community in the thousands of faces I passed that day. I was 17, only a few weeks into a move to a city that held my dreams. I will never forget that that in those two towers held dreams just like mine. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t remember no matter how many years stand between it. There is not a day that goes by that those faces don’t stare back at me.

Don’t ever forget how powerful you are. How much you can accomplish if you just say yes. How supported you are by the ones closest to you and the ones you may have never met. You made this walk possible for me, strangers, friends and family, and because of your generosity and kind words I walked my legs into the pavement and into the sand. Thank you. @buildon and I salute you. Los Angeles, Venice Beach
