Bhumika Chawla Instagram – So I sat for a while without my phone , without the light of it glaring in my eyes , without TV , without reading a book or paper … without music … in silence .. hearing the sound of the whirring fan and the sound of waves at night Doing nothing , thinking nothing .. just being … how these days our hands And fingers are restless and so is our mind , the constant itch to do something .. I wouldn’t have picked my phone now to share this Coz it breaks what I feel … peace ..( which is rare ) … lately with an over dose of everything in life …. but I had to share it ..
