Don Shank Instagram – I was lucky enough to design the sets on the short Bao by @domeeshi which is on the shortlist this year for the Academy Awards! Here’s some drawings of the Kitchen and food related items. After the drawings I made a simple 3D model to work out the proportions as they related to the character model and that became a basic guide for the set modeler as he worked to capture the feel of the drawings. #bao #baoshortfilm #pixar Pixar Animation Studios
