Not too hard to understand after thinking about it for awhile.
Even in the cooler temperatures and the sun being farther away, it’s still very important to let the sun hit our skin daily. Keeping the skin tan is very easy to do durring fall and winter time. Most of us can’t lay in the sun everyday because we’re too distracted with other activities such as television, movies, our occupations or just plain ignorance to the fact that sunlight is critical for preventing sickness. Most of us don’t even realize the sun is in the sky to begin with.

If we were all living in nature, everyone’s skin would be the same dark color since white skin would never exist in nature. Just one week of being in the sun is enough to make someone tan. Just imagine what our skin would look like living a lifetime in the sun!

We should be sungazing for hours everyday. However, we are too busy TV gazing and computer gazing.
The sun does nothing except give and hardly anyone is outside to receive. It should be no surprise why many ancient cultures around Earth respected and worshipped the sun. What do you all think?
