ದೇಶದ ಸುಮಾರು ಹತ್ತು ಲಕ್ಷ ಆದಿವಾಸಿ, ಅರಣ್ಯವಾಸಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಆದೇಶವೊಂದನ್ನು ಮೊನ್ನೆಯಷ್ಟೇ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿತು. ಇಂತಹ ಒಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಬರಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹೊಣೆಗೇಡಿತನ.
ಈಗ ನೋಡಿ. ಇದೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹರ್ಯಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ 60,000 ಎಕರೆ ಅರಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ದಂದೆಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡುವ ತಿದ್ದಪಡಿ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿದೆ. 1900ನೇ ಇಸವಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಕಳೆದ 119 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅರಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇದೀಗ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಮೂಲಕ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಖದೀಮರಿಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಡುವ ಈ ನಡೆ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿಯಾದದ್ದು. ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಭೂರಕ್ಷಣೆ (ಹರ್ಯಾಣ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಅಥವಾ PLPA ಕಾಯಿದೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕೈಬಿಡಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ಕಡೆ ಕಾಡಿನ ನಿಜವಾದ ರಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಆದಿವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ ಅರಣ್ಯ ನಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗುವ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಕುಳಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಕಾಯಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವುದು! ಇದೇನಾ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ರಾಮರಾಜ್ಯ?
