Kaniha Instagram – STOP Body shaming. Shes too thin..shes too fat..shes too weak..shes too huge..she works out no wonder shes fit.. In my experience its women who body shame another woman and judge another woman too quickly, ironically a woman should be the one empathizing and understanding another woman better. A small request Next time before you open your mouth to comment on someone’s body pls think twice she may be going through something traumatic,she may be coming out of an illness,she may have larger things in life shes battling for,she may not even have found time to comb her hair coz she has her childs needs to attend to.. I had someone tell me in a sarcastic tone on my face you work out that’s why you are fit..yes agreed but I make time to,that’s how I respect my body..I am in my 30s and I have made a conscious decision to give my body it’s due respect and care.Fitness is not an overnight phenomenon it’s a work on progress.I am against shortcuts to weight loss(surgical,steroids,lipos) so next time before you open your big fat mouth Think twice.. #stopbodyshaming #kaniha #notobodyshaming
