Sharing a few precious moments from an iconic location.
Any organisation that has a vision of deep commitment to human ethos, goes far beyond being just a bottomline driven business . It becomes a gathering of human achievement,infused with a culture of empathy and excellence.
That’s the experience I had when I spent a warmth filled day, with topnotch proffesionals at the Iconic @infosys development centre, electronic city, Bengaluru.
Apart from the privilege of curating and delivering two sessions, the cherry on the cake was the honour of planting a sapling of “Swietenia Mahogany”, by the wall of the Infosys Eye building.
There are moments in life that one remembers loved one’s a bit more & misses their presence even more ..
As I planted the sapling.. I looked up to the heavens, for Ma Baba..
I knew they were looking on.. And were very happy.
Thank you team Infosys for this very special gift 🙏🏾. Alshukran Ma Baba.. Alshukran Zindagi, for letting me be, their child.

There are many things that each of us wants to achieve… Both in personal and professional life.
So we give it our best shot.. And many a times, fail to achieve it.
We get tired, feel sorry for ourselves, experience being defeated… We then either give up, or continue battering ourselves to achieve, further wearing down ourselves and people around us.. Ouchh… Doesn’t it sound familiar?
Well my life is no different.. So each times this happens, I begin by having a straight talk with myself. “Ashish, I know you are feeling sorry for yourself.. But get one thing straight.. No point in sulking and complaining to the world. For no one wants it as much for you,as YOU do. So… Reconnect with your HUNGER to achieve.. And take a pause ”
That’s right, take a pause…. A pause, which may even seem like taking a STEP BACK .. But allowing oneself to think & look afresh… Which may also mean looking away from the target to get a macro vision… A fresh wider perspective.
I have discovered the pause creates magical openings.. which seem so obvious in hindsight, but remained unseen in the midst of the struggle.
