This picture was taken my first day back from a 2 season suspension from the ‘mini squirts’ league. Countless hrs of anger management. Grueling therapy. Padded rooms…after many safety hearings I was finally allowed back. What a journey…BUT as ya can tell by the fists, I’m BARELY holding it together…waiting to strike.To inflict.. Pure/raw violence streaming through the veins. Wasn’t allowed in team photo obv. The extreme low V was simply a speed thing. Quite possibly reached my full potential that day. Green Machine. (Later that day I was also seen having a strawberry sundae)

Just came across this. @bcorso drew it up while shootin’ JC(western part)… I literally pitched this for teaser poster, to no avail(obv). Still one of fav shots during gig… Real western one day will come to fruition, even if I have to force it…
When mom tells me we can head home n watch ‘The Adventures of the Gummi Bears’. Pure.Elation. Think about this premise n how brilliant it is. Bears (w incredible style) live underground. And underneath they travel by rollercoaster. I know. There’s a book of history that gives them spells & concoctions to mix and use ‘Magic Gummi Bear Juice’. I know. This ‘Juice’ is perfect. They can literally do pretty much anything. High energy levels/bounce and run faster/fearless.. sense of calm in the highest of stakes… and it’s a slow withdrawal. Literally no side effects. They mostly use it to fight Ogres and ‘Duke Sigmund Igthorn’… which obv how can one blame Siggy going after that juice. Btw Siggy is crazy greedy bc he looks like he’s already on his own concoction… Best of all is the opening credits. Listen to it. Then replay it. (I would sing this on set…) Who wouldn’t wanna be a Gummi. You’re welcome…

25 years ago today. A tragedy I wholeheartedly believe could of been averted, happened. We would often talk on set on how easy it is to get worked up on who started the fire/shot first, lied and or manipulated and didn’t deliver on promises… Motive…but at the end of the day it’s the lives that were lost that can’t be replaced. On both sides. Regardless of belief (at least for today) I’ll take a beat and remember the human side of this tragedy. Not just the people that passed but there families as well who were forever changed. To everyone that’s watched and educated themselves on this and other events… that was the point, so thank you. #wacountold @paramountnetwork #paramount

Walking around NY aimlessly searching for purpose(or just jet-lagged) and stumble across the actual sewer drain that takes you to Splinters palatial underground modern-chic sensei pad. Chatted over mai tais/rice balls. Listened a lot actually to him talking about himself and how much his pad is worth now since he reno’d it, his last relationship being so co-dependent and how he’s decided to cut dairy out entirely and how ‘fu&@in crazzy tough that’s been.’ Wasn’t impressed when I took him up on the 2cnd mai tai either. ‘Shit ain’t cheap..” Still g’times tho.
Hard to know what to write. Heavy heart reading about this tragedy. This sport and these type of communities helped raise me. I played a game against them in junior. I left home @ 16 to persue the same dream these kids were after… From the kids/staff to the families at home to the billet families that treat them like there own…my heart goes out to them.
