Love ❤️ The pure essence of life. For me, love is freedom. A lot of people confuse it with attachment. Attachment is dependency, habit and sometimes obsession. It has more to do with the love of self than love of another. That’s where you find comfort and security. That’s where you look for another, to fill you up cuz you’re empty. That’s where you have expectations and you think love should fulfill that.
Love already fulfills you. You’re full of love. You are love.
You should be able to give and share that love with the whole wide world without any expectations. That is detachment!!. Love for me is freedom, it’s detachment. It’s liberating. It allows me to move freely in my journey of this life; without holding any grudges, any expectations, any blockages.
I have walked many paths in this life to feel this way. I have been hurt, angry, obsessed like any human does. People have called me stone for not feeling anything or too emotional for overreacting. I pay only gratitude for all the experiences in my life for teaching me and making me a person who I want to become.
I have met many people on this trip to Armenia and they have inspired me to an amount I can’t even decipher.
It’s another affirmation for me to lead a life full of love. Full of detachment. Full of freedom. Keep traveling. And keep sharing the love ❤️

Isn’t it so amazing to see life unfold itself step by step. To be amazed by what a new day has to offer. To experience, learn and grow from it and discover a new You every single day. Isn’t it amazing to find yourself in an unexpected or unwanted situation and then realize how important was it in your life to take you from point one to point B. Isn’t it wonderful to find yourself in a phase of your life which is a reflection of your journey from a previous phase and clear indication of growth and a stronger You to welcome the next phase. I mean, life is wonderful and I am loving and living every phase of it. Fighting, falling, learning and healing. I am extremely grateful to the universe for aligning me with the things that is the most important for me right now. Wouldn’t life be simple, if we take each day as it comes and welcome and surrender to it. And just be & enjoy the Now; than have a preconceived storyline in your minds of how your life should be and be disappointed for it not turning out to be like how you thought it should.
Dreams and aspirations is the foundation to finding meaning in life, but being in the present and observing is the base to finding your self and your purpose in life!!

Wings of Tatev: Took the longest ropeway in the world to reach this gorgeous place. Tatev Monastery is one of the largest, sits right on the edge of an expansive gorge. Looks as beautiful from close as magnanimous from far.

Two weeks of yoga at this place not only instilled some discipline in my life but also taught me the real essence of life and freedom.

The hidden treasure: Petra💫
No one visiting this place will leave without getting mesmerized by the mammoth rock formations naturally standing there and parts of it,beautifully carved by the Nabateans; people who lived here centuries ago. This city was called the secret city of Petra when it was first discovered and not many know the exact details and history surrounding the ruins of Petra.
Although, we got a couple of stories from the locals living there and our very helping guide, yet this very mysterious place has left our minds racking to unravel the hidden treasures and this picture is a perfect depiction of it: awestruck by The Treasury.

Republic of Artsakh, traditionally known as Karabakh is a disputed land with a very intriguing history. With a separate border from adjoining countries, you need to get a visa to get into this land. Although, officially not recognized as an individual country, it is a part of Armenia but geographically sitting on the land of Azerbaijan, this country is still at an ongoing war to find its independence. However, the entire affairs are handled by the government of Armenia and you see both the flags of Artsakh and Armenia, waving freely on the streets of Karabakh.
