Kelly Klein Instagram – I had an awesome lunch out in my city the other day. Great vegetarian and vegan options, and even a gluten free beer. Yay! Such a cute restaurant with a really fun atmosphere.
Sometimes we forget that we don’t have to go on a big elaborate or expensive vacation. Sometimes these little gems are all around us. This restaurant, The Elusive Cow, is a place I fee even better about patronizing because it is a local business that uses a lot of local ingredients and products. Enjoying what my community has to offer and helping the community thrive can sometimes go hand and hand. And there is the added bonus that local products can reduce the environmental impact of shipping things across long distances.
