Helplessly in love with you, your streets, your skies and your people, San Francisco. ♥️ Mission Dolores Park
Riding down the winding hills of the beautiful 17-mile drive along the Pacific coast with the crisp air hitting my face, ending up with a perpetual red nose, what a good time. 🚲 ⛅️ Monterey, California

I remember being forced to go for the “yoga period” starting 3rd or 4th grade in school. As children do for most things, we mocked each class, thought the poses were weird, boring, and pointless. At that point, I wouldn’t have thought for the life of me that a couple of years down the line, this same “yoga period” would become a wholly voluntary and entirely indispensable part of my everyday. I’m grateful to my practise, for above and beyond everything else, helping me get in touch with myself.
The endless physical, emotional and spiritual benefits that follow are the additional cherries on the cake.
How flexible, how strong, how tall, how short – all of these factors, are all immaterial. It’s agnostic of time and place.
A deep desire to want to do, and an earnestness towards the practise are all that are required.
Today’s a day of celebration! Happy International Yoga Day!
