This is a shout out to the entire #VersaillesFamily who were so intrinsic in the fundraising for the Kadula primary school we built in Malawi. I’ve been so moved by you’ve all showed up, taking your shared love of our show and turning it into real living love in the world. This project wouldn’t have been possible without you all. This brick is now built into the foundation of the schoolhouse, in which students will have the entire trajectory of their lives revolutionized for generations to come. You did this. ❤️❤️❤️ . Just landed in LA after a beautiful, challenging, and heart-expanding time working with @buildON in Malawi. I’m exhausted but very grateful for the experience, for the wonderful people of the village of Chinkhombwe for welcoming us and treating us as their own (some of their spirited little ones pictures here), for my intrepid #califormalawi trekmates who shared the journey, and to all those who made donations large and small from around the world to make the project possible. I’ll be sharing highlights of our trek and the laying of the foundation for the elementary school over the next little while. Big love to all involved. Heart so full it hurts. x
