This post is going to help a lot of people who are suffering with aging, discolored & lifeless skin. In my case, wrinkles started appearing for last 2 years. Well, ‘aging beautifully’ is a kind affirmation for self care but not when you’re only too young for it:p & when it’s extremely unhealthy for your skin to bear the amount of stress you put on it.

I learned, It was only that my skin was dehydrated and getting extremely exhausted from day to day wear and tear. Our daily moisturizers don’t seep inside the outer layer of the skin & a concentrated OIL blend to target my skin concerns, is all I needed.

@vedicline ANTI-WRINKLE BLEND (with sandalwood & orange oil) worked wonders on the laughing lines which were getting deeper and eased them out magically. Wow! That’s how a worked out machine needs oiling. And contrary to what many believe about an oily skin leading to pimples; extreme dehydration & dry skin causes pimples too. Hence; oiling🤷🏻♀️

I also tried the ANTI-ACNE BLEND by @vedicline Just a small drop of Tea-tree & Lavender oil on those tiny pimples you get right before sleep & Voila! they dried up overnight.

@vedicline ANTI-PIGMENTATION Blend is another gem I have found. With Rosemary & bergamot oil, a direct apply on the target discolored/pigmented spot is a great start.
OR, you can also do something which I really like experimenting with. Blend the oils of your choice in your regular face cream and just apply all over.

It’s been 3 wonderful years!! Honestly, we’ve gotten more comfortable with each other over time. Long distance has it’s challenges, not only when you’re apart but also when you meet and especially travel, because you go from not being around one another to being together in an alien city and possibly stressful situations. The great pyramids of Giza are the biggest ones amongst the hundreds of pyramids found in Egypt. Although, scientific & archeologic researches haven’t been able to discover much about how these mysterious wonder were made; One thing is for sure for us to be astonished about:~ the ancient Egyptians believed that the bodies of the Pharaoh/king & his relatives were mummified and kept in these pyramids in order to resurrect them and bring their souls back to life.

We live in a constant battle of absorbing unwanted energy from the environment around us. No matter how hard we try to stay away from the negative and exhausting situations, we unknowingly get driven into the pool of trauma that triggers our emotional baggages and leeches onto our soul. It takes courage to acknowledge the issue right there and respect our sacred space and consciously take a decision to step away.
Emotional predators are all around! In shape of our family, friends, colleagues, also in shape of mediums like news, social media and external situations which are out of our control. Not meaning any bad, but it is one thing helping and guiding people and another to disrupt our mental health.
When you’re so deep into your own awareness of healing yourself and are on an mental plane which knows only love, it’s easy to let things pass by and watch it from distance. Or just bless it!
However, it’s only human to be vulnerable and emotional when no matter how centered you might feel but overbearing negative situations can totally damage your peace and do more harm than you can imagine.
