Every posture you get into in any kind of exercise will have you in a weird position having your stomach folded or butt pinched. There is no need to get conscious of that and always pull your top down or pants up. Do your body workout for yourself and not for others. Give one hour of your day to yourself without the need of getting validation from others. Treat this time as your sacred space for your mind, body & soul. Whatever you do, do it mindfully.
That is what yoga teaches you.
Yoga is a personal inward journey sans any competition, judgement or stress from the outside world. Get inside your inner world and explore the real you.

Life is an experience. We are constantly looking for an experience to better our lives and eventually feel happy. But what is this experience, if not gained with the wisdom of it???
I am constantly crossing paths with people who’re looking for some kind of preternatural experience in order to feel elated or euphoric. Terms like meditation, yoga, ecstatic dance or usage of natural substances are loosely mentioned/used to acquire that experience and feel that euphoria. I had heard somewhere, there is a difference between spiritual experience & spiritual wisdom. I totally believe that any kind of quest to momentarily happiness will not let you sustain it for longer. The idea is to find the oneness within and study the art & science of yoga, than to use it to fancify your lack of knowledge.

We are all chasing a pleasant experience. In order to achieve happiness, we are looking for momentarily happiness.
But what is that happiness?
We go out looking for this happiness in every place & come back disappointed or wanting more. It’s never, that you attain happiness; which is forever by having never ending desires. In other words: can you hold that happiness??
Today, you get a desire to make yourself happy & you go out for a movie with friends and come back extremely happy. But tomorrow, you have the same desire and you eat a cake to get happy. And again, you buy a dress and go out for trip and get a new car and get an expensive watch!! Can you hold this? Forever! The same search for happiness, then becomes misery.
Really happiness is within: that is where we fail to search.
Happiness is our true natural state. That is what we are.
If you have to hear that again:
Happiness is not what you look for,
Happiness is what you are!!!! Already:)

We have got this mix of interests and things we like to do together while we’re traveling. For instance we both like to click pictures, of Aparna’s! To match up to her love for dancing, I like to shake a leg too. She loves to have a glass of wine in the evening and I love splurging on fancy wine bottles, especially of course when we’re in Paris. I loveeeee to eat and she loves to experiment with new recipes and of course the common interest being: both are hearty vegans! She loves to make videos and I oblige by playing the piano whenever & wherever I find one. She loves editing and I love being a critic of her work. She loves analyzing everything but spares me with her knit picking. She chooses the place, the activities, the dates, itenary & everything AND I plan. She hates planning and expects things will just workout fine. I love planning, for things to work out just how she would like. I order for four and she matches my appetite. I like wandering around beautiful architecture & she likes narrating historical stories. She has got a free soul; ready to run away on a whim and I have learnt a trick or two to match up to her pace… & run away with her 😅
