Some Shakespeare in Love backstage selfies. I played 5 characters but one of those characters played two other characters.
Nice to not have to wear makeup for a while. I miss the frocks though.

I’m launching my book at @betterreadbookshop on the 5th of Feb 2020. And I’m very lucky to have the incomparable @tobymschmitz hosting the event. You can register now, link in bio, more cities coming soon x The Vanguard
I’ve had the privilege of visiting many of the projects that @savechildrenaus work on around the world but I was finally able to spend some time at one of their projects in Melbourne. “Cubbies” is a program that provides a safe place for kids to play and learn. Supported by incredible social workers, play is used to help kids recover as well as build social, cognitive and emotional health.
I’m always moved to see how Save the Children dedicate themselves to giving kids (many of whom have experienced hardship) a place to be kids again.
Thanks to everyone at Cubbies, especially Sarah, for letting @clairevandboom and I come be kids for a bit too!

One last time taking to the stage with these legendary lunatics! A perfect cast of kind and generous souls. Such silliness! Such fun!

The American version of my book is smaller and glossier than the English/Australian one but they’re both beautiful and I promise to love all my children equally.

Back in Melbourne and one of the coolest gifts I’ve ever been given is hanging on the wall of the family home.
The remade album covers from Never Tear Us Apart signed by the actual members of @officialinxs
It was the greatest honour to tell this story alongside such legends.
Still blows my mind

AFL Grand Final in the wool shed. Good to be home
Go see this movie!!!
Boldly, brilliantly, madly original. A different kind of Australian film full off too many stupidly talented people that I feel damn proud to know 🎭
In case you missed it, you can read a piece of ‘The Last Smile in Sunder City’ at lukearnold.net 📖 (It’s in the blog entry titled ‘Free Sample’)
