Tonight is the beginning of an end of an (O’H)era. (Listen, I know that’s not how she spells her name, just please roll with me on this.) Thanks to all who laughed and cried and ew’d along with us. 9PM @cbc @poptv
Yes, hello, we went to Las Vegas.
Hallelujah for cornedbeefhashtags, and also just for corned beef.
Felt cute. Got drunk with my mum, had a desperate need to showcase our glorious Christmas tree and took upwards of 20 photos all very similar to this. Might delete later. Ottawa, Ontario
Happy birthday, Dad Two! Love, your second favourite child after @sarahplevy.
To honour @olreid’s birthday, here’s a rare still from our work as star-crossed siblings on the Spanish soap opera “Simplemente lo Mejor”. 📸 : @ana_sorys
I spilled an entire litre of milk on my pants and will be sitting on a train for the next three hours smelling like warm dairy, so I’m looking back on this glorious day even more fondly. @fashioncanada

Like mother, like daughter. @itsdougthepug
When in doubt, hold your friend like a possessive boyfriend and embrace the rivers of sweat running from your upper back to your ankles. Not pictured: @olreid and @rizwanmanji because they got lost and missed the entire carpet.
The face on left belongs to @gretathunberg , who is passionately leading a crusade to save our planet by calling on world leaders to take serious and immediate action to protect our environment before it’s too late.
🌎
The face on the right is a hideous representation of the many powerful people who are choosing to turn a blind eye to climate change and the well-being of future generations, in favour of making more money.
🌎
Greta is fighting for all of our lives, the lives of the people we love, and the lives of people we will love one day. She needs to be seen, and she needs to be heard.
Today, I went to Azraq Refugee Camp in Jordan and was fortunate enough to meet three young Syrian women (and their six brothers and sisters), who are more intelligent, driven, capable, and talented than me or anyone in my social circle (close and distant), combined.
.
Asma, 17, was not only the first girl to ride a bike in the camp, but has earned her black belt in taekwondo, has made an incredible short documentary, and wants to go into business management when she grows up.
.
Rayan, 14, is not only ferociously studying English and film, but is sitting on her student council educating other young women about the dangers of child marriage and the importance of a continued education, and wants to become a pediatrician when she grows up.
.
Zainab, 11, is not only one level away from her black belt, and studies film and English, but sits on her school council to raise awareness about anti-bullying, and wants to be a fashion designer when she grows up.
.
On top of this, these girls are kind, generous, fun, welcoming, and brimming full of hope for their futures, which they deserve to be the absolute brightest. @carecanada #carecanadaambassador

As I’ve been talking about to anyone who will give me the time of day, my Mum and I traveled to Azraq Refugee Camp in Jordan a few weeks ago with @carecanada to see the work they’re doing there with refugees and with Jordanians hosting them.
I hate to make these inevitable eye-roll inducing comments, but my visit there was a true life-changer. I heard a huge number tragic stories about loss, and war and displacement. But what I latched onto and took away from this trip was the hope and strength and courage that was present everywhere I went.
CARE works to build a community of support around people, especially girls. So many participants, from CARE staff, to volunteers, to Syrian refugees themselves are working tirelessly to remove the barriers young girls face in unlocking a better, brighter future for themselves and their families.
If you’re interested in joining CARE’s movement to build a community of support for girls around the world, hop over and add your name at care.ca/herfuture. #Ambassador #togetherforherfuture
One of the many incredible programs offered at the Care center in Amman, is art therapy, which helps the kids talk about and process their trauma caused by war, displacement, and poverty. One of the methods they use is using shadows and grey-scale to represent the kids’ past, and after spending some time with the shadows, they begin to introduce colour and light to represent their present and future.
.
Diana, who is 12, knew I’d be coming to visit, and brought some of her artwork from home, which she very proudly showed me. After flipping through pages of anime, and hearts, and ice cream cones, I came across these two drawings that have been in my head for days.

These are my dear friends Jack, Bix, and Quinn. Bix is in the process of getting a stem cell transplant, and because the American healthcare system leaves A LOT to be desired, his daughter Quinn has started a GoFundMe campaign in an attempt to offset some of the astronomical costs of the treatment he needs to get healthy again. Any donation of either money or good vibes would be hugely appreciated (money would be slightly more ideal than good vibes, but thank you either way.) Link in bio. 🤟
After 15 years of music and the grandest adventures, my best friends @hollerado are releasing their final album, Retaliation Vacation, and are zipping up their leisure suits for retirement.
.
Not only have they brought incredible music into the world, they have demonstrated time and time again that life is best lived outside the box. They’ve left a trail of joy, and colour, and concerning smells in their wake, and I’m the woman I am today because I got to tag along for the ride. Thank you, you bunch of goinks. I love you very, very much. MVP Happy Holler
