At Ekam, having a safe and secure setting is our utmost priority. Common areas in the school are under CCTV surveillance. Classrooms and common areas are child-friendly and child-proof. We are very particular about the selection of our facilitators of learning and hence follow a rigorous process of recruitment. This involves a thorough interview, followed by an assessment to pick an experienced facilitator.
They undergo professional development training at school which allows them to share a common vision for the school and equips them to share a world of experiences with our little minds. We want to create a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
