Rickshaw ride in Mumbai on my way to a meditation session!! My Christmas is already very very Merry🙂 Had a supersonic “dhyaan” session and my “adhyatamic” journey is carrying on as usual with not too many breaks lol.Todays occassion at the yoga centre was Jesus’s Happy Birthday and we all celebrated with Carols,meditation and other devotional chants.Way to Go!!

Pleasant surprise one morning to discover a Tulsi plant & Peepal plant spontaneously growing below two of the AC vents in our home in Mumbai.Discovered both on the same day and what are the odds amongst the millions of plants in existence for these two to suddenly germinate in such odd places.Our home is wired and no birds can enter neither have we kept these plants in the past.Both plants have a major significance and considered auspicious in Hindu traditions so mother decided to just let them be for sometime.I have asked Dad to get pots for them so they flourish under our care.Its a small thing ofcourse but I’m so stoked🙂 Little joys☺ #loveplants

This weekend I started learning a new Kriya Yoga meditation by compleeting module 1 of a 4 part series of workshops.Along with learning new things I always add elements to my spiritual process to make it more profound and dynamic.Im also going to make some changes to my diet and fitness routine in the days to come along with practicing this new meditation technique every day.Lets see what new changes life brings.Im really enjoying the space I’m in right now pushing myself to my max possible limit in terms of endurance,fitness and spiritual sadhana.
Received Deeksha from a self realised master and Yogi Parmahansa Yogananda on Sunday.Master has ascended but his work lives on and will continue through his disciples.On my way to receiving kriya yoga for self realisation from the lineage of Mahavtar Babaji.The next 7 months of my life will be fascinating and very interesting as I practise the “Hong sau” technique of meditation along with the “Kriya” as well as read materials that will aide in greater understanding of this process.A monumental moment in my life amongst many such monumental moments!! I’m truly blessed to have this privilege that I have had the grace of so many great masters in my Life.I feel like my life would also be a life very well lived!! I’m so gratefull.Thankyou very very much.
