Zackary Drucker Instagram – I loved my little girl @camilamariaconcepcion so much ♥️Camila was the first girl to call me “mama,” a responsibility I did not take it lightly. I haven’t been able to acknowledge her passing publicly for 10 days because I have been so devastated. Her death feels like a colossal loss for the whole world. Camila was brilliant — words flew through her like sacred magic, she had the sharpest self-deprecating humor, and her exuberant light was blinding. Here are some of my favorite photos of her: on set for writing an episode of Netflix’s Gentefied, hanging with my mom and my sisters on my birthday last year, her altar at home, I’m posting some of her brilliant writing (from our text threads) in my stories… Love the trans and nonbinary people in your lives, friends, and know that our struggles are often gracefully concealed.
