But in my experience I have learnt that there is even more strength and courage in expressing your emotional self fully and fearlessly. . There are tears which are selfish – which seek attention and self serving sympathy and then there are tears that express earnest true emotions without a desire to seek anything at all. These are the tears we hold back , afraid of being judged as too feeble or too fragile. But these are the tears that actually liberate us. . Heroes own their tears and consciously contribute their vulnerability to the world to inspire as well as love. . Let’s teach our children the power of love and the power of tears. Let’s also allow the inner child within all of us to express his/her self openly and fearlessly. . Cry not as victims but as powerful emotional beings that we actually are, to express what words cannot fathom. To contribute them to the world you first need to own them . .
