My body is constantly like “dude you’re old and I hate you so I’m gonna make you sore”. So shoutout to @hyperice for hooking me up with their Hypervolt Plus massager tool – this thing is freakin awesome. Been using it to warm muscles up before the gym and also to work out soreness/tightness. So now my body’s like “Duuuude I really appreciate this. You’re still old though”.
When I come home for the holidays my parents’ only goal is to feed me until I can’t stand. Everyday. And they’re good at it. Send prayers.

I eat ungodly amounts of steak/pasta, drink lots wine, cuddle the hell out of the pups, and, of course, spend QT with the fam. After 3 weeks, I’m finally back in LA feeling recharged and ready for the new year. Hope everyone’s 20’ is off to a great start.

Last winter I worked on a really special short back in Boston – @official_blackice_themovie . Directed by my good friend @clenet – I had a lot of fun collaborating with him and the rest of the team. I’m proud to be part of a piece that aims to shine a light on the the importance of mental health and suicide prevention. Thanks to Clenét and @jcmiskin for letting me be part of it all. This trailer was cut together as a proof-of-concept for an eventual feature film, and i’m excited to see how the project comes to life as It continues through its development process.
