When it was one crisis after another & i felt so lost, i realized how much you took on- you’d set everything aside for us, your children, because that’s just how you were, when life was being harsh or cruel, or whenever i lost my way, you’d be there to help me set things right & get back on my feet- and you were so effortlessly selfless… when i had my emergency caesarean for Bimb & then later on when i hemorrhaged & needed another operation, i refused until you were in the hospital- because with you around i knew everything would turn out okay. i went through nonstop tests & procedures on my own last year up to several days ago, but each time my heart would silently say- mom, 𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒘 𝒏𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒂… and that’s always been enough to reassure me. You are so terribly missed but my love for you continues to grow because truly everything that’s good in me, is because i had you for my MOM.
