Working to reduce suffering of animals on the streets; providing a vet to treat sick and injured animals at our veterinary clinic, training people to help animals, and conducting the Animal Birth Control and anti-rabies programme for stray dogs – to eradicate disease and conflict.
One breeding pair of stray dogs gives rise to 2000 in their lifetime. By spaying/neutering a pair of dogs – one can reduce 2000 dogs in the future. Blue Cross of Hyderabad spays / neuters 1000 stray dogs every month- imagine the impact 🙏🏼 Bless our wonderful team that they continue their good work.

With the roadside tea shops , eateries, small restaurants and bakeries closed and the street dustbins empty or bleached/disinfected, our street animals may lose their food source for survival.
Do feed local dogs and cats on your street or your locality. Kindly leave a water filled-in medium-sized bowl for the homeless animals, it will help them battle this harsh weather.

After 7 yrs of drought Australia has been hit by horrific fires due to peak summer and dry conditions. Millions of hectares of forests have burned, thousands of people have lost their homes, and rescue workers are working overtime. Over 480 million animals have perished in these fires and things and conditions are not looking great for those that have survived because of dearth of food and water; pushing some to a brink of extinction. Fires had reached as far as Kangaroo Island. Terrible terrible tragedy. 😢😰
Praying for Australia and that the rains come soon to save them 🙏. Hope the world rethinks their policy on climate change.

#BREAKING: There are currently 13 emergency #fire warnings in Victoria and 11 emergency warnings in NSW
The NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian says today is as bad as the projections suggested. “In relation to the projections we had this morning, unfortunately they are coming to fruition.” NSW RFS says there are two fire-generated thunderstorms, one in Nowra and one also forming over the Doubtful Gap Trail in the Snowy Monaro area.
The temperature in Penrith hit a staggering record of 48.9C as heatwave is smothering NSW.
