You stayed home, you worked from home, you washed your hands, you did not panic buy groceries but reduced your needs, you taught your kids at home, you looked after parents and grandparents, you continued paying your extended staff their monthly salaries, you helped the ones in need, you cooked at home, you tipped extra, you read legit articles about covid19 so that you have facts and not misinformation, you supported your family and friends that have underlying medical conditions, you fed your pet and gave yourself reassurance that the world will fix this, you took online classes now that you have some free time, you donated food/ groceries to your house help/ staff who were suspended/ building sanitisation staff, you did spring cleaning and donated old clothes.
