Nandita Das Instagram – Come if you can. A book on Safdar Hashmi, my mentor, by Sudhanva Deshpande, who introduced me to the world of politics and street theatre, during my last year of school. Grateful to both and to that time. I will be reading an excerpt from the play Halla Bol, written and directed by Safdar Hashmi & reliving the role of Ashsho. I had performed it more than 50 times!!
