I decided to look at this phase as a positive time for self reflection and creativity. There is so much suffering, panic and fear outside, but what good does these do to us, if we are in constant state of negativity???? We can either choose to focus on negativity or we could choose to appreciate the goodness that’s on our plate.
It saddens me to read negative comments on some of the posts that I have created to bring smile on ur faces or to spread positivity amidst all this chaos, but all ur comments just show your frustrations here!
I know it’s really very hard to be at home continuous for so long, but let’s not forget it’s the best we can do to help our doctors, nurses, policemen, social workers, researchers, etc to break this chain from spreading. They have put their life at stake to keep us safe, least that we can do is respect them and be thankful to them.
I believe right now, more than ever, we should make it our goal to focus on beautiful things happening around us. Look at it this way, that the nature is getting its time to heal itself, we are shifting to healthy eating habits, it’s the best forced stay at home time to discover the artist, pet lover, chef, Gardner, fitness enthusiast, etc etc hidden in us.
But this does not mean m being unaware of the reality. It just means m just trying to make the best of what I have and I hope to inspire others to do the same.
