I do have lazy days where I don’t workout…but i choose to train in forms that makes me happy , so usually I look forward to doing it . pick an art form or a routine you like so you don’t dread going and working out , and if you cannot find anything you like then there’s always burgers! you could eat 6 of them with a lot of chips 👻👻👻👻
