Dint work out even once since the lockdown…but today I did… and It felt good. I focused more on my thoughts… found a million thoughts rushing into my mind… so tried to think less…by letting myself be….did some stretching and stretching makes me focus on the muscle that’s being stretched… it helped me be in the Now…. ‘need to work more on my flexibility’ (my mind found a way to think again)😋 just breathe. sometimes it’s important to spend time with yourself… very important. It’s like charging your phone… don’t wait for it to switch off to charge it… charge it whenever you think it’s low… charge yourself by spending quality time with yourself. Sometimes you can spend time with yourself in the most simplest of ways.. make a cup of coffee or tea or even a glass of hot water… sit in silence… enjoy every sip… focus on just the cup … the sip you take and just be in the Present moment.
LoVe your body.. don’t do it to lose weight.. do it because you love the machine that God gave you… ‘your body’. When you start loving your body…your body will start to love you back. You are perfect the way you are.. just focus on being strong… Explore… Breathe…. ❤️ All is Well … All is Well ❤️
