Sameera Reddy Instagram – Doodhi is seriously a superVeggie! It’s has antioxidants, low is sodium, carbs &fat and high in Vitamin c, fiber and helps lower bad cholesterol!!. What’s amazing that it’s high in Water content which makes the Tikkis very moist and yum ! So let’s do this ! 💃 .

🍽 1 1/2 cups shredded Doodhi .
🍽 2 big size boiled potatoes.
🍽 2 tsp salt ( or less it’s up to you ) .
🍽 1/2 tsp Haldi powder .
🍽 1 tsp jeera powder 🍽 1 tsp Dhaniya powder .
🍽 1/2 cup Sooji /Rawa.
🍽 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp of lime juice .
🍽 chopped coriander and green chilli .
Mix it all up as done by my Saasy Saasu in the video . Make your Tikkis and shallow fry them on low heat in the pan ! Serve hot ! 🤩 .
