The greatest Meditation is to think of nothing. If you can Remain Silent without thoughts… Great Power will come. It’s not easy to ask our thoughts to stay quite while it’s been allowed and trained to think 24/7… but with practice… we can … and when you do… you will learn to take control of your thoughts. Most people are controlled By their thoughts. You are always the Master. So stay in silence… meditate… make time for yourself…❤️ initially when I started this meditation… it was really tough.. my mind would think more than usual when I sat down to practice mental silence… but with time… it started getting easier. U can begin by focusing on your favourite mantra… I say “All is Well.. All is Well… All is Well… All is Well… All is Well… and I keep saying it till I feel… silent in the head”
