Sometimes, you have to get to a point of total frustration, before you’ll be ready to make a big change . We are all social beings, extrovert or introvert, we all need human companionship! I know this lockdown is causing frustration to almost all of us, but just know that it’s okay to feel that way, talk to a friend, your parents or anyone about it. MENTAL HEALTH is important and there is going to be a wave of mental health issues because of the isolation etc. This is the time when we all have to come together, help each other and be more SENSITIVE about it. Take care of yourselves everyone, checkup on your friends and make sure they are okay too. We are all in this together, making history! Let’s embrace and find our way around it.
