During my meditation today, I realized that if I think about it and live out of fear, I am empowering it.
The only thing real now, is my present. I choose LOVE to be the motor of it!
No leo las noticias con frecuencia … pero lo hice ayer y me acosté triste, con sentimientos de miedo, impotencia, tristeza. Se trataba de bombas nucleares, misiles, guerra … Durante mi meditación de hoy, me di cuenta de que si pienso en ello y vivo con miedo, lo estoy fortaleciendo. Lo único real ahora, es mi presente. Elijo que el AMOR sea el motor ❤️💛💚💙💜 it feels a lot better!
