Brian K. Vaughan Instagram – Get your commerce on! Hi, Brian here. Hope you had a nice weekend. My friends and I spent most of the last ten years making creator-owned comics, so we’re very grateful when you buy copies to share with loved ones for the holidays, especially when you can support your local retailer. But if they happen to be sold out, my new paymasters at @Amazon (home of the upcoming PAPER GIRLS tv series) are apparently having a big sale on some of our past collections, including the 1300+ page compendium of SAGA, which @entertainmentweekly was recently kind enough to name “Best Comic of the Decade.” Check the link in the @imagecomics bio for more details, and please consider buying a few books for the mature readers on your list. Brian K. Vaughan Instagram – Too busy rocking out to take a better pic of Sylvan Esso, but this show was INCREDIBLE. I first heard the Talking Heads when I was 12, and I distinctly remember thinking, “I am so happy to be alive at the same time as this band,” and that’s exactly how I felt tonight. New songs are spectacular, and it was a joy to be introduced to @hand.habits. Please make a pilgrimage to see them, no matter where you live.
