PREPARING… For a little while ago my very talented and inspiring photographer and friend @stephenbutkus took some portraits of me when I was preparing for the part of Joshua French in “MURDERS IN CONGO”. I dropped 16 kilos to portray Joshua at his sickest… Read and see more at @730no Btw; Loosing the amount of weight that I did is a health risk. I was weekly monitored by clinical nutrition physiologist Anette Skarpaas Ramm @asrernaering to make sure my body could take the radical change. Loosing weight in general is not a joke.
