Which I dedicate to my mother who was a teacher of art and craft in Mumbai municipal school for 36 years. .what today’s children will enjoy is handicraft… but for that young mums need to sit with the kids like old days for an hour or two. . And yes please don’t haggle the price of these lanterns if you decide to buy readymade. I admit to haggle last year saying itna mehenga ?? But I recycled the bamboo structure and made one and realised the time and effort went into it. .. so #artisans .
