Seeing the breadth of Turkish films highlighted this way and reconnecting with artists was truly unforgettable. We have a long way to go before the beauty and craft of Turkish film takes its rightful place on the global stage but festivals like this are changing the tides. To everyone who worked so hard to make the festival possible, thank you! Grateful to be a part of history/herstory!
