Mat Luthfi Instagram – Yesterday I ran with Suha Kipchoge and Tikah Khenak around Putrajaya.
Our Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul happened to run at the same place and time but we didn’t see him. If we did, I’d ask for government subsidy for running distance too.
Some people did say hi. One of them even cat-called me. Luckily I had two muslimah ajnabi protecting me, a free hair from further harassment 😂
After an excruciating 5 km, we were all exhausted and thank God there’s a convenient store nearby run by my family.
So we bought our breakfast at Family Mart.
Tikah wasn’t happy when she saw the calorie index on the container. I said calm down let’s look at it this way:
Calories burnt = 293 Cal
Bihun goreng = 380 Cal
