Jade Alleyne Instagram – I’m gonna be so honest, when lockdown is finished and everything is over I won’t be rushing back into social life. I’ve been at so much peace, taking everyday at the pace I choose, meditating, reading, learning, coming to terms with parts of me that aren’t necessarily as easy and caring for them best as I can. Society moves way to quick for the human brain to handle, so through isolation my mental health is the most stable it’s ever been. Literally flourishing.
