When I was a kid, my mom always made sure that I oiled my hair before washing them. ALWAYS!
And until today, I religiously follow this.
I personally feel that changing shampoos, taking spas and treatments can only help your hair issues temporarily. But if you need a permanent solution to your hair problems, you need to give them the right care and say NO to shortcuts.
