Now that I’m living my golden years, I look back at my days as Krystle, recognizing that every glittery moment led me to understand the greatest treasure of all: What I feel in my heart. 💛 These are big moments in history and love truly does move humanity forward. I’m letting my heart lead the way. 🙏🏻⠀

I want you all to know how much you touch my heart! 💖 The truly special comments you share here mean so much to me. I love how much we understand each other! You all inspire me too! 💞
I’m back! And thrilled if you’re still here with me. 💝
A few weeks ago, my account vanished for no apparent reason. 😳
Countless moments proving to Instagram that I’m “me” took a team effort and taught me a few things:
We may not understand the ways of the world or why people do what they do, so question everything from every corner of your mind, forgive with all your heart, expect truth to prevail, and be yourself. 🌟
Thank you all for being on this journey with me; it means the world and I treasure what we share here. 💝💛💖

When you get to be my age, you relish each decade of your life with a sense of wonder and awe for every summer that comes again. The escapades and adventures may take on new meaning. But with sunshine on my shoulders and my heart wide open for change, this season is as promising as ever. ✨

In the spirit of helping each other, it is my pleasure to be there for a cause that makes such a difference in so many people’s lives. 💛 The evening event may be over, but the mission and impact thankfully go on. @cancersupportvvsb
Thank Heavens for true friends, good laughs, and the time we are given to create new chapters.
One of the great gifts of being on the book tour about my life was having such incredible laughs along the way! Belly chuckles are the best. 🌟

Keep your spirits up! Sometimes all you need is a Grecian gown and a smile ✨
Sisters are different flowers from the same garden 🌷🌺🌹 Just ask Charlie and Kat! 💖
Arriving at a crossroad in life is always an opportunity to make a new decision.⠀

Listening is a two-way street. Not everyone comes from the same direction or believes the same thing or looks the same way as you. But all people deserve to be treated with dignity and care. We can love the path we’re on and respect all the others too. 🙏🏻
My mother, father, and two sisters all had cancer. I know the enduring, unspeakable challenges and pain this disease creates. And I know the sweetness that kindness and love bring when you know you’re not alone. My younger sister is still in the fight. I’m walking for her, and for all of you, with all my heart. #HopeWalkWeek2020
This weekend, we celebrate Independence Day as a nation. What a beautiful time for conversations about what freedom means to each of us. Celebrate wisely, believe in hope for tomorrow, and always be kind. 🌷🇺🇸❤️⠀

I love sharing behind the scenes stories about the roles I’ve loved and learned from. 💛 Every one of them prepared me in some way for how I live my life today. 🌟
My heart is with everyone affected by the hurricane and so much catastrophe, the fires in California, all the trees and wildlife, the need for justice everywhere, and dear ones lost too soon. 🙏🏻💛

This beauty is twice the size of my hand. She grew through dirt and darkness to become an overwhelming vision of loveliness. I’m sharing her with you because I believe what Lady Bird Johnson said… “Where flowers bloom, so does hope.”
It is painful to imagine heartache and tragedy so deep that it endures for generations. We must have conversations that effect change and reach new understandings. There has to be a better way.
The magnificent rock in my orchard stands tall and reminds me often… 🍃⠀

One little smile can change someone’s world. ✨
The Maasai honor their elders for good reason. With age comes time and opportunity to make the great changes of our lives. We should welcome all of it. ⠀

I captured this photo in 2012. It was late afternoon when we were in the mountains with the herd. The sun was setting, just as it is on this current era.
