Walking the walk of life! “Stay strong” is a regular thing everyone says . But strength doesn’t come from being positive all the time, strength is showing emotions, opening your heart to someone else. We all need to make a more conscious effort to be more sensitive, being sensitive to other’s situation might not be effortless and if you aren’t willing to make that effort you can always redirect them to a psychiatrist but don’t be ignorant, don’t bully them for showing their emotions . Depression is a serious ailment, for someone who has been through it, all I can say is that sometimes you don’t even know what you are going through is depression, the world might not even realise it, not even your closest friends until you yourself do, but when you do, run to a friend or a family member, that’s what I did. Having friends and family around does make a difference, maybe not instant but definitely gradual. Hoping for a kinder world!

When you are disappointed, is it because of the external factors or does it have something to do with your own self? Disappointment comes when your expectations aren’t fulfilled, but who is responsible to fulfill them? Is it you or the universe? I believe that we are responsible to quite an extent, perseverance is the key, it is the hard work you do after you get tired of the hard work you have already done ! As long as you have a vision and are working towards it, the universe will conspire for it’s manifestation. So maybe it really is us, we are responsible for our own disappointments, not because we expected too much, but maybe we expected from the wrong person/ didnt work hard enough!
